Questions agents ask
- Is listing on HomesNCR really free?
- Yes. Posting listings, your agency page, the dashboard and lead alerts are free. Paid boosts (Premium, VIP) are optional, and founding partners get Premium free for the first 3 months.
- Who can see my phone number?
- Only buyers who first share their name and mobile number. Each number view is recorded and shown in your Leads inbox with the buyer's details, so you can call them back too.
- How do enquiries reach me?
- By email the moment a buyer sends one, and in the Leads section of your account, where you can mark each as called, visited or closed.
- Do I need a UP-RERA agent registration?
- You can list without it, but registered agents get the RERA-verified tick after we check the number on the official UP-RERA list.
- How does the founding partner offer work?
