Is it free to post a property?
Yes. Owners, agents and builders can post for free. Optional paid boosts (Bump, Premium, VIP) give extra visibility.
What does the Verified badge mean?
Our team confirmed the lister's phone and either checked ownership documents or visited the property. The checks done are listed on each property page.
Why do I need to log in to see a phone number?
It stops number scraping and spam calls. Owners only get calls from real, logged-in people, and each user can view a limited number of numbers per day.
What is the Project Health Score?
A score out of 100 for each society, based on RERA registration, construction status, Occupancy Certificate, whether registries are happening, and delivery delays.
How long does a listing stay live?
45 days. You can refresh it free once a week from My account, which moves it to the top and renews it. Mark it sold or rented when it is gone.
Do I have to pay brokerage?
Listings show whether they are posted by an Owner, Agent or Builder. Choose “Owner · No brokerage” in Filters to see only direct-owner listings.
Someone asked me for a token amount before a visit. What should I do?
Don't pay. Use “Report this listing” on the property page. Genuine owners never ask for money before you have visited and checked documents.
How is the stamp duty in Noida calculated?
Uttar Pradesh charges 7% stamp duty (with a concession for women buyers) plus a 1% registration fee, on the higher of the deal value and the circle-rate value. Use our calculator on the Calculators page and confirm with the sub-registrar.
Can I search in Hindi?
Yes. Type or speak in Hindi, English or Hinglish — for example “2bhk kiraye pe sector 137 25k tak”.
